We are a registered charity (Charity No 1099543) and Company Limited by Guarantee (Company No 4761879). Our work is overseen by our Board of Trustees who are also the Directors of the Company who are responsible for directing the affairs of our charity, and ensuring that it is solvent, well-run, and delivering the charitable outcomes for the benefit of the public as described in Memorandum & Articles of Association.
The Board of Trustees meet bi-monthly with sub-groups covering areas such as strategic planning, communications and site development meeting on an ad hoc basis.
The delivery of the charity’s strategic and financial management is undertaken by its Managing Director with day to day delivery overseen by its Operations Director.
